The chosen candidate will work closely with our internal UX team, product management, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our design experiences meet the needs of Pricing and Underwriting internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Act as the user advocate on cross-functional teams, ensuring an optimal user experience in terms of interactions and design aesthetic. * Collaborate with a cross-functional team of other designers, developers, product and project managers to achieve project goals and milestones. * Intake business requirements, product goals, and technical capabilities and devise solutions that balance user and business needs. * Provide direction and support in regards to effective user interaction and experience, ensuring that products are engaging, easy to learn, and efficient. * Provide direction and support in regards to visual design, taking into consideration the interaction design direction, and adding the look and feel for internal design standards. * Create key design deliverables such as site maps, user flows, wireframes, style guides, visual design comps and interactive prototypes throughout the project lifecycle. * Maintain the NPS Design System and manage development handoff. * Conduct usability testing, providing insight as well as prototypes for testing. * Collaborate with development to check that output coincides with an optimal user experience. Requirements * Bachelors degree in Human Factors, Psychology, HCI, Design or related field (or equivalent experience). * Minimum of 3 years of UX experience * Proficiency in UX-related Adobe Creative Suite applications * Familiarity with several software prototyping tools * Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills * Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment * Experience working with corporate brand and style guide standards Preferred Qualifications * Healthcare or Financial Services industry experience * Experience with visual design as well as interaction design * Experience with CA Agile Central (Rally)
