Hours for these positions will be between 7am - 8pm. Candidates will need to be flexible and be able to accept a shift within these hours.
Sales support role includes in-bound customer calls. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment is needed. Responsible for entering, maintaining, and processing customer orders. Proactively manages customer relationships; coordinates standing orders and product lot sequesters; initiates timely communication of delayed shipments; provides customer with delivery and pricing information; resolves disputed pricing. Associates Degree and 1-3 years' experience required. Strong telephone skills, basic contract administration skills, strong problem solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate a demeanor of professionalism, collaboration, commitment to excellence and a customer-focused approach.
