To perform standardized sales support functions that help to increase productivity and efficiency and that comply with all regulatory and internal policies. Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting with sales support processes, including but not limited to Sales event tracking, RFI (Request for Information) completion, Scope of Appointment indexing and compliance researching, CRM data entry administration and/or general sales support.
Assist with entering Business Reply Cards (BRCs) and scanning leads into the CRM (Sales Force).
Assist sales markets (administratively and functionally) by ensuring timeliness and deadlines are met through diligent tracking, communications, and follow-up.
Utilize CRM (Sales Force) system to enter, track and manage data and assisting the Lead Management team with managing leads for the markets.
Ability to learn and understand compliance and regulatory procedures, including TCPA and Medicare Marketing Guidelines to utilize in all functions, processes, and communications.
Ensure compliance with CMS and Cigna-HealthSpring policies and procedures.
Willing to work over-time and weekends if needed. There may be times were overtime will be required to meet production standards and/or other deadlines.
Training and coaching will be provided and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change will be important in this role.
Due to the high volume of business during this time of the year for Cigna HealthSprings Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), reliability and dependability is essential.
