Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for working with business and technical staff in planning, executing, and documenting testing. Work with technical and business resources to understand requirements for each project affecting any component of application. Learn individual components of system to facilitate the development and execution of comprehensive test plans. Follow and enhance developed testing processes, procedures, or methodologies. Document test cases to meet desired test coverage goals. Assist with test automation effort. Work to minimize risk by identifying, communicating and escalating issues appropriately to management. Develops test scenarios and executes test cases across all testing phases 2. Use tracking and debugging tools to file, monitor and resolve issues/defects. 3. Completes work assignments and supports business-specific projects by applying expertise in subject area Top 3-5 Required Skills: 1. 4+ years working with Oracle database (12c and Exadata). 2. 5+ years hands on industry experience as a QA analyst. Extensive manual testing experience. 3. Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies with JIRA tools usage. Desired Skills: 1. Ability to develop complex SQL queries for determining expected results and comparing with actual results. 2. Experience with implementation of quality assurance and testing methodologies, processes, standards, and tools 3. Understanding of automation test framework design and some experience with developing automation test scripts and executing automation test suites Soft Skills: 1. Must be able to work well with a diverse cross-functional team and communicate clearly and frequently with all team members 2. Must be able to work well independently with limited direction 3. Identifies, defines, and mitigates complex issues, dependencies, and risks related to testing
