This is a provider data senior representative position within Network Operations located at Cignas National Care Center for Behavioral Health. The Provider Data Senior Representative is responsible for maintaining the quality of the behavioral network and the provider directories. Responsibilities include:

Update the behavioral book of record with up-to-date provider demographic information.

Research provider information for accuracy using various data sources.

Investigating provider data discrepancies to ensure the best possible customer experience.

A typical workday consists of sitting at a desk updating provider data or working on project assignments as needed. Each Worker is scheduled a thirty minute lunch and two fifteen minute breaks per day.

Two of the positions will be helping the behavioral provider onboarding team process new provider screening applications; includes setting up new provider records in PMRS (behavioral provider book of record), handing them off for cred review, and issuing/executing initial contracts.

The other two will provide general support for network operations, with assignments including electronic document filing, processing backlogged data updates from Health Partners (are behind 7 weeks of updates due to a recent file break), will research providers we cant locate, and will contribute to processing responses from recent directory audit surveys.

Attendance Policy

Maintaining good attendance is important for all workers and is particularly important for those newly at the company.

The Corrective Action process for an worker who incurs an unscheduled or unapproved absence or event in his/her first 90 days of assignmentis outlined below.

1st unapproved absence or event will result in a Verbal Counseling. 2nd unapproved absence or event will result in a First Notice. 3rd unapproved absence or event will result in a Final Notice. 4th unapproved absence or event will result in termination.

If the attendance issues become excessive and/or if a trend develops that adversely impacts the worker's productivity, performance and/or contribution to the organization, management may end the assignment.
