Leads the delivery of a complex project. Maintains a tactical focus. Sets clear objectives and defined deliverables. Develops cost benefit analyses for the project, communicates to an executive committee, creates and reports project status utilizing a dashboard, allocates resources, defines project governance policies and manages the financial concerns. Utilizes and effectively communicates technical components of an initiative to applicable parties. Ability to lead a cross-functional team while motivating team members to their highest potential. They will be responsible for all aspects of major construction and remodel projects, internalization initiatives and process improvement projects, from beginning plans to final completion. They will ensure each project meets specifications, including schedules, budgets, and contractual commitments. This assignment will involve working with operational leaders to manage multidisciplinary teams to improve or implement services throughout the KPNW region; Primary Responsibilities: Project scopes, project management, procurement of services; Required Skills, Systems, Experience: 5+ years of project management, business consulting, and/or process improvement experience, Demonstrated experience with multi-million dollar projects; Success managing several projects simultaneously with highly favorable outcomes; Scope writing; MS Office, Auto Cad, CMMS/Asset Management systems; Preferred Skills, Systems, Experience: PMP or Six Sigma Certification, Facilities Maintenance; Small Project management; Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication; Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
