Assist attorneys with assignments regarding litigation management and legal matters. Assist with all aspects of discovery, including responses to interrogatories, request for production documents, document management and production. Summarize discovery responses and medical records. Fine attention to detail, excellent communication technique and the ability to work in a dynamic group environment are required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience with litigation management tools or systems desired. / Ability to analyze and review records and discovery. / Knowledge of general legal terminology and legal principles. / Ability to perform legal research. / Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with others. / Ability to communicate effectively. / Ability to organize and prioritize workload. / Perform related duties and responsibilities as required. / Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse project team.
Qualifications: paralegal certificate, combined with a minimum of five years of related experience under the supervision of a qualified attorney.
