Processing complex payroll specific transactions including time loads, direct deposit actions, commissions and bonus processing Compile and maintain appropriate payroll records, data and statistics for the calculation of payroll for multiple entities Perform standard and some complex aspects of the payroll processes
Assist with the timely and accurate payroll (and shadow payroll) input for international assignees to and from the US (in patriates & expatriates), including all tax and payroll requirements. Apply documented rules, past practices, or instruction on an independent level Effectively identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to resolve Assist in the review of current payroll processes to identify areas of process improvements and standardization Respond to standard and some semi-complex payroll related inquiries from customers or employees Assist in the preparation and distribution of various payroll reports and analyses to customers and management Work in a team environment coordinating with other team members in the processing of payroll Maintain compliance with all payroll related regulatory and Siemens requirements including effective internal controls
Shift Information: variable - first or potentially 12 to 8 or 9 on Monday and/or Tuesdays when the payrolls are processed - depending on the needs.
