Provides advanced professional input to complex Operations Management assignments/projects. Supports and provides direction to more junior professionals. Works autonomously, only requiring expert level technical support from others. Exercises judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures. Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends, within Business Operations. May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives.
In this role, the Lead Analyst (Medicaid Program Integrity (MPI)) is responsible for supporting Health Services compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements through the key functional areas of policy and procedure, training, audit, performance reporting, and administrative support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Works closely with MPI team and overall Health Services (HS) team to develop, implement, and maintain resources and processes to address and achieve ongoing compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Develops and updates performance scorecards monthly and assists with reports as assigned for HS compliance activities.
Conducts internal audits and coordinates activitites and responses related to external aduidts , corrective action plans, and related compliance activities.
Completes drafts, updates, and revisions to assigned policies and procedures, inventories, job aids, and work flows.
Provides technical and operational support to the HS team to assure compliance with contracts and regulations.
Assists in the development and presentation of training, alerts and other documents to support the HS MPI team.
