Global Marketing Communications Coordinator for Siemens Healthineers (Marcom Specialist 2, located in Norwood, Ma (Edgewater office)

This is an excellent opportunity for a well-organized, high energy college graduate with 4-5 years experience with strong communication, project management, writing, and PowerPoint abilities-as well as a background and experience working in communications, advertising, or marketing. Knowledge of healthcare or science is valuable.

The Global Marketing Communications Coordinator will assist with developing marketing communications for our critical care products for use in multiple countries. Responsibilities

  • Assist marketing communications managers and critical care marketing managers with the creation and management of project briefs, messaging, timelines, and campaign content for advertising, brochures, web sites, customer presentations, special promotions, and trade show support
  • Work with Creative Services or agencies on communications project creation and deliverables
  • Assist in the development of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel presentations for internal audiences and customers
  • Help obtain legal and regulatory approval of promotional materials
  • Work with demand gen team to track, analyze, and report on communications metrics
  • Create and update web content and publish final communications onto intranet/internet pages
  • Help support corporate and brand guidelines as they relate to all print and online efforts
  • Support all published communications policies and procedures

Education College degree in communications, marketing, advertising, English, business, or other related field Knowledge and Experience

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a communications, marketing, project management or related role-or proven success in internships or business-related projects
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, time management, and project management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities- including content organization, message flow, grammar, proofreading, editing, and spelling-and a commitment to quality (Writing samples and/or written assignment will be required)
  • Demonstrated strength in PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to assist in the generate meaningful content across platforms for many different audiences
  • Good interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn more about communications and healthcare
  • Advertising agency experience a plus
