Position Description: Activities include coordinating the delivery of multiple projects, developing cost benefit analyses for the program, communicating to an executive committee, creating and reporting program status utilizing a dashboard, allocating resources across the multiple projects, defining project governance policies and managing the financial concerns of the program. Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties. Must be self motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills. Proven oral and written communication skills; excellent business presentation skills. Excellent analytical skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units. Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization. Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines. Experience Level: 5+ years of experience required. Education: BA/BS Degree or 4 years of additional experience required. 6 years of relevant experience REQUIRED! Must have Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or related field AND 6 years of relevant experience OR HS Diploma/GED and 10 years of relevant experience. This individual contributor is primarily responsible for developing, analyzing and executing a project plan, scope as well as schedule, and working closely with internal customers, third party vendors and senior management. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum six (6) years experience managing project(s) using project life cycle methodologies (e.g., SDLC, process management, organizational change) required. (6x12: 72 months of relevant experience required on resume). Minimum two (2) years experience implementing large, complex projects in a corporate environment required. Minimum five (5) years experience managing project budgets required. Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or related field and Minimum six (6) years of IT or related business experience, including Minimum five (5) years experience providing project or team leadership . Must have Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or related field AND 6 years of relevant experience OR HS Diploma/GED and 10 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: Three (3) years experience working on projects or programs requiring the integration of cross-functional technology and/or business solutions preferred. Three (3) years experience working with an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework preferred. Three (3) years experience working with an IT Service Management (ITSM) framework preferred. Four (4) years experience in business analysis preferred. Three (3) years experience working in a large matrixed organization preferred. Four (4) years experience working with Microsoft Project preferred. Four (4) years experience in infrastructure implementation preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project/program management certification preferred.
