The Siemens Mobility, Inc. Sacramento CA location is looking to hire a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources Team and the Mobility Rolling Stock Business. This role will report directly to the Human Resources Director.
We are seeking an energetic and passionate candidate who values customer service with strong communication skills. The person selected will work with the Human Resources team to help provide the site with timely communication, positive employee interactions, manage and audit several on boarding activities for new hires, as well as a variety of human resource functions and work on ad-hoc projects.
The specific responsibilities and deliverables associated with the role include:
Assist with Site Communications Coordinate projects and local events Assist with employee on-boarding and off-boarding Manage and audit HR related data Manage employee files Provide project tracking support for the HRCs Function as part of a high-performing, flexible team member Support hourly Performance Management activities Maintain Global Organization Charts
Other projects as assigned.
