Position Overview

The Siemens Mobility, Inc. Sacramento CA location is looking to hire a Human Resources internal auditor who can monitor and review HR related records for accuracy. The Auditor will be responsible For promptly identifying data or payroll inaccuracies. he Human Resource auditor will support the Human Resources Team and the Mobility Rolling Stock Business. This role will report directly to the Human Resources Director.

We are seeking an energetic and passionate candidate who values customer service with strong communication skills. The person selected will work with the Human Resources team to help provide the site with timely communication, positive employee interactions, manage and audit several on boarding activities for new hires, as well as a variety of human resource functions and work on ad-hoc projects.

The specific responsibilities and deliverables associated with the role include: ADVANCED MS EXCEL SKILLS REQUIRED. Must be able to perform Vlookup or Index Match working with Excel quickly and with accuracy.

Recording, reviewing, and interpreting data to determine accuracy.

Researching discrepancies, operational problems, or other issue.

Examining records, reports and reporting results.

Monitors daily reports to identify instances of data inaccuracies. Manage and audit HR related data Audit payroll records and other key data elements Assist with Site Communications Coordinate projects and local events Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding Manage employee files Function as part of a high-performing, flexible team member Support hourly Performance Management activities Maintain Global Organization Charts
