Analytical and financial modeling skills
Presentation skills demonstrated
Familiarity with SAP PCA Financials is preferred. This candidate must have a strong appreciation for the importance of ensuring accuracy in all levels of financial reporting.
Revenue recognition entries, prepare monthly reports which summarize financial performance for management review. Analyze operating results to identify areas for management attention.
Prepare monthly financial forecast and annual financial plans. Coordinate monthly operations forecasts and operating requirements with Division, Business Unit and Group financial personnel.
Excellent time management and organizational ability
Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis
Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts
Providing financial models and forecasting
General Ledger and Journal entry process
Reconciling Balance Statements and reporting standards
Strong skills in PC applications, primarily Excel, Access, and Power Point are needed as well as strong analytical skills. This candidate must be flexible and have demonstrated skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Education Requirements: - At a minimum, financial analysts are expected to hold a bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or another related field.
Years of experience: Typically 2-3 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
