Support most senior executives (i.e., SVP, President, CEO), particularly in large organizations. Responsibilities may include making travel and meeting arrangements, screening calls, composing letters and reports, preparing presentations and financial data. Has advanced computer skills including: word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software; and may train others. Has the ability to perform Internet research. Work is generally of highly confidential nature. Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills. May train and supervise other administrative staff. Comprehensive support of the NW Regional President in accomplishing business outcomes for the Northwest Region. Includes support of regional and national program goals. Provides complex coordination, and extends the capacity of the Northwest Kaiser Foundation Health Plan/Hospitals President in fulfilling strategic priorities, achieving KPNW performance targets, and promoting systems that enhance vice president individual performance and leadership development. This position is also responsible for promoting KFHP/H of the Northwest in partnership with the Northwest Permanente Medical Group, Labor and PDA Dental Services through appropriate avenues. Top Skills Candidates Should Have: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Advanced skill in the use of Microsoft Office applications (such as Word, Excel, Power Point). * Proven project coordination, facilitation and team building skills. * Proven ability to synthesize complex and diverse information to formulate a recommendation or course of action. * Demonstrated ability to lead/supervise others.
