This position is responsible for the research and correction of potential misallocations of premiums with unacceptable variances as identified by the department. Applicant must demonstrate proficiencies in consistently managing workload and maintaining minimum productivity levels. Responsibilities:
Documents observations and conclusions of validations performed and drives error correction and resolution of findings.
Meets or exceeds all timeliness, productivity and quality standards established for the position. Researches information as needed from various resources in resolution of issues or anomalies Resolves partially applied payments and unacceptable variances within departmental metrics Identifies potential problem areas needing further exploration and communicates such matters to their Manager Utilizes effective communication, courtesy and professionalism in all interactions, both internally and externally Maintains data within internal applications and or tracking tools
Supports training initiatives or quality initiatives, as assigned. Supports established quality assurance standards
Demonstrates sensitivity to culturally diverse situations, clients and customers.
