Acquires data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.* Operates and optimizes pre-defined tools, applications and data bases/data management systems.* Creates reports and communicates results to various internal and/or external stakeholders (e.g. management, customers). Work is still routine and procedure, but changing priorities or differing situations encounter on regular terms. Thinking then is focused on analyzing, evaluating, prioritizing and solving operational issues and incidents or on optimizing tools used in process. While working under supervision, positions are designed to provide some advice and assistance to less experienced colleagues. .* Manages, distributes and documents feedback, responses and incoming documents (from suppliers, installation site, customers or other third parties).* May check documents on formal aspects.* May record and if required track the mailing and distribution of the documentation Positions support business processes, solution of technical issues, development of new methodologies, procedures, tools and products with their theoretical and/or practical know how and understanding. They focus on interpretation and application of procedures, analyze issues, implement changes, and may advise and guide operational positions in their area of specialism. Entry-level academic Bachelor positions, needed sound knowledge on principles, technologies and theories; certifications in specific fields. 3-4 experience in document coordinator and management. Should be proficient in Excel, and HTML and navigating and managing servers and document databases.
