Data Entry Specialist
Provide support for transitioning existing client plan and benefit contract information from Excel/Word source to data record within CRM application; Salesforce.com.
Responsible for reviewing contract benefit documents (PIF) in order to identify pertinent customer account data
Utilize CRM application (Salesforce.com) to research client sales accounts, including account opportunity and contract details related to sales quotes and company benefit information. Update pertinent records within Salesforce.com related to the client renewal opportunity Compare plan information on existing source document with account data in Salesforce.com to identify anomalies Assure data in CRM application aligns with data on existing source document
Ability to align records in Salesforce.com with standardized structure provided in P&P documentation. Document progress related to research, updates and auditing for each client record
Utilize organization's sales information systems and document in Salesforce.
Possess knowledge of the practices, techniques and tools associated with providing outstanding consultative service to clients and internal customers.
