Performs mid-volume data entry (average: 8,001 to 10,000 keystrokes per hour). Performs basic management of electronic files (i.e., print, copy, transfer and delete). Accesses information from a computer and/or maintains a computer database. Enters data for envelopes, labels, form letters and correspondence. Formats and produce documents. Works with numbers (i.e., add, subtract, multiply and divide). Detects and correct errors. Uses word processing, spreadsheet, database or other software on a computer. Can also use basic office equipment (including a photocopy machine, facsimile machine, binding machine, etc.) and has the ability to follow instructions. Take Timekeeping calls from the ACD line, process cases and Prior Pay Period adjustments? The focus is mainly on data entry, timekeeping and payroll functions. Compiles accurate records of timesheets within a software system, enters new hire data into timekeeping system.Accuracy and attention to detail are required. Experience Level: minimum of 3+ years of direct relevant experience and 2 years timekeeping experience required. Previous knowledge of Pay Practices and Collective Bargaining Agreements highly preferred. Hours and days: 8 hours, 5 days a week Experience Requirements: knowledge of payroll systems, knowledge of union/pay practice contract language, public speaking experience, customer service experience, Work Environment: Office at Corona Data Center, Corona CA Scope of the project: at least 6 month assignment to support National Timekeeping with TIME System. Including training Approvers on TIME System and fully functioning as the TIME System Coordinator.
