The Engineering Office Process & Software team is responsible for applying a systematic approach to monitoring and updating our organizations processes to make them more efficient and dynamic in order to meet the changing needs of our business.

You will be responsible for executing and monitoring critical segments of our business, starting with our front-end process and moving to our back-end process. You will be responsible for executing your tasks while monitoring their impact and developing strategies to improve the quality and results of the teams you are in and the projects you are assigned. WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Advanced tableau dashboard development experience (medium to complex visualizations) and familiarity with best practice data visualization practices Experience working with blending/connecting multiple data sources to build a data visualization Understanding of BI concepts and ability to perform business analysis type activities such as requirements elicitation, KPI/metric definition, data requirements mapping Partner with Data Integration counterpart to influence relational database design (tables, views, indexes, partitions, etc.); Microsoft SQL and Oracle specifically Understanding of Office Applications from a Developers perspective Experience working and developing applications in Visual Studio 2017 Experience in a document management methods in an Engineering environment is a plus QUALIFICATIONS Proven communication skills both verbal and written Team oriented Desire to learn Detailed oriented Punctuality / Ability to meet deadlines Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Good research skills and ability to perform industry research in a timely manner

  • Contributes to the development and requirement definition of technologies, product, systems, solutions and services.* Analyzes technical and business challenges to be solved, develops hypotheses and analytical models, evaluates alternatives and identifies most promising resolutions.* Sets up, develops, and configures simulation, test and prototyping enviroment.* Performs the programming of specialized software in use. * Conducts simulations or data analyses and validates results.* Evaluates alternatives for simulation, analysis and modeling and optimizes approaches. * Documents and reports results by appropriate visualization methods. * Maintains network to customers, business experts, product management and other subject matter experts. Thinking then is focused on analyzing, evaluating, prioritizing and solving operational issues and incidents or on optimizing tools used in process.
