Overview - Candidates willbe trainedinitially to simply follow an outbound call script and warm transfer members to a Welcome agent. This will cut down on the outbound connection time it takes Welcome members to reach members and allow the Welcome trained team to be more efficient taking back to back welcome calls.

Deliver straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Customer Service. Receive inbound/outbound calls Good knowledge and understanding of Customer Service Ability to answer calls with a friendly tone Type 30 WPM Document data in our system Utilize Excel to track calls Windows knowledge Great Customer Centricity

Process would include:

Answering the phone.

Be polite and read script.

Transfer to Welcome Queue rep if questions are asked OR document caller was not available.

Document the interaction.

Start a new call.
