This call center role will answer inbound calls and makeoutbound calls to customers and providers for the purpose of assisting customers in obtaining a 90 day supply of their prescription medication.
Will answer inbound calls from customers to discuss transitioning from a 30 day supply to a 90 day supply of their prescription medication.
Will make outbound calls to providers to request 90 day supply for customers.
Will work in a call queue where productivity and quality are monitored.
Maintain member privacy by strictly adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Must maintain a professional, respectful and polite customer-focused demeanor at all times.
