This role serves as a liaison between the Content Operations communications team and the internal business units, managing aspects of operations and collaborating with individuals at all levels of the organization. Should be able to support processes related to content, messaging and value proposition creation and content operations for key campaigns, ensuring sustainable content availability for all stages (Education, Solution, Selection), buying centers and personas based on identified market, organization and individual customer needs.
To be successful, the they must understand how information is read and interacted with in a digital space, and specifically in B2B segments.
Member of the US Demand Center and Content Operations Team, functioning as the Content Operations Administrator. Subject matter expert responsible for training internal and external audiences on the use of the content marketing platform, content workflows & processes. Support the marketing communications teams within the business units with the production and monitoring of collateral projects through planning, creation and production. Proficient use and knowledge of digital marketing automation tools. Support the upload and taxonomy process for all content and ensure the content production governance processes are followed. Audit content for adherence to governance standards. Responsible for the onboarding and training of new content operation users. Conduct ongoing bi-weekly training sessions to build knowledge of content operation users. Monitor the progress of deliverables; keeping management, internal stakeholders and external business partners informed of progress and significant developments related to ongoing projects. Perform a variety of administrative and tracking functions including troubleshooting, monitoring and reporting analytics. Make recommendations for optimizing content quality & processes
Candidate could come from the publishing industry with editorial experience. Candidate must have a bachelors degree and have 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing and content operations is a must. Individuals must be tech savvy and organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate across departments/teams.
