Phase 1: 8/5/2019-10/1/2019

Audits and reviews the files of contracted agents and agencies to ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements have been met and evidence is on file. Agents will be asked review a high volume of files and records within each file. This process will require research of internal databases for all required documentation and the reporting of missing documents to the contracting leadership team. Phase 2: Candidates (approx. half) will move forward to Phase 2 based on Attendance/Performance 10/2/2019-1/30/2020 Agent is responsible for the following:

  • Processing of new agent/agency contracting packets to ensure compliance with CMS rules/regulations * Processing of maintenance packets for both agents and agencies to ensure compliance with CMS rules/regulations * Review and Validation of National Medicare Training Certificates * Activation of new agents and agencies * Processing of terminations (Both for-cause and not for-cause) * Communication with topline broker agencies and markets to validate contracting and certification information for agents and agencies * Auditing of broker agent/agency files to ensure compliance with CHS and CMS policies/requirements
