Job Description: The Sales Support/Procurement Temp position will be responsible for the logistics of all 3rd party OEM items as well as the processing of installation services POs. This position requires close coordination with the Siemens Project Management as well as the Delivery/Supply Chain team. Daily activity will include, but not limited to:

1) Processing of all Mechanical Installation Vendor purchase orders in a timely fashion 2) Review all Out-of-Scope work requests for validity and coordinate with Project Management when needed 3) Validate and approve all invoice postings from 3rd party vendors via the Siemens IOL Portal 4) Coordinate the purchase and shipment of all OEM items to ensure their timely and accurate delivery to site 5) Review and release newly created purchase orders based on internal approval guidelines 6) Communicate effectively with responsible freight providers 7) Provide daily delivery updates to all stakeholders
