Drives and supports Business Excellence activities to continuously improve business performance for quotations, engineering, production, field service, finance, project management, customer service, marketing, sales, and other facets of the business. Must have experience in Salesforce.com standard and custom objects. Will take ownership of understanding user requirements and write user stories and perform acceptance testing Analysis of data and creation of reports and dashboards Facilitates best practice sharing in his organizational unit and beyond. Provides transparency on status and progress and contributes to reporting and communication. Can work independently to investigate issues and solve problems.
Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred
Salesforce.com experience is required, or similar CRM system.
SAP, Tableau or other database experience is useful.
