Drives and supports Business Excellence activities to continuously improve business performance for after-warranty parts, sales operations and field service related activity. Will assist in the quotation process Analysis of data and creation of reports and dashboards Facilitates best practice sharing in his organizational unit and beyond. Provides transparency on status and progress and contributes to reporting and communication.
Associates or Bachelors degree is required.
Salesforce.com experience is required, or similar CRM system.
SAP, Tableau or other database experience is useful.
