NOTE: All candidates require excel test scores to be attached to their submission in order to be considered for an interview.

Basic Position Description: Be able to interpret utility terminology in order to complete account setup included but not limited to the following fields Vendor Name Account Number Account Type Allocations Account Groups Service Levels Meter number and applicable utility rate Remit address

Assist in monitoring the group email box and ensure inquiries are researched and responded to within 24-48 hours.

Gather master data information from invoices or vendor websites, populate required fields in upload script templates and load the data into the data system.

Assist in monitoring the data system Inbox for blocking and non-blocking exceptions; research/resolve exceptions per set protocols. Escalate exceptions to Data Specialist II where appropriate.. Assist with mailing address changes by contacting vendors via phone or email.

Assist with gathering historical account data by contacting vendors via phone or email

Participate in the reevaluation of current processes and offer suggestions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of each process.

Meet department Key Performance Indicators by completing tasks within set parameters.
