All candidates must have excel scoring attached to be considered for this customer service position. Selected candidates will all be required to successfully complete the utility bill knowledge assessment upon start in order to continue in this position. The hourly pay will be between $12 and $15 per hour. Skills we are looking for include - Strong customer service aptitude; professional and courteous rapport, Excellent time management skills; punctual and reliable; timely with all responses, Strong in Microsoft Office.
Contact providers nationwide to obtain applicable information on all accounts which includes but is not limited to: information to ensure receipt of invoices according to the next projected read date and prevention of the assessment of late fees. Assist with the resolution of Aging Reports issues as necessary. Maintain an average time of 5 minutes per account.
Resolve Critical Due issues that result in receiving invoices within 10 days from the due date. Contact providers to request extension of due dates and removal of late fees. Maintain an average time of 5 minutes per account.
Assist senior members of the team with the research/resolution of exceptions. Maintain updated vendor information in the data system
Assist in the research and resolution of previous balances/late fees.
Candidates should have or be: Detail oriented, organized Good communication skills - both written and oral Ability to communicate effectively Excellent attitude - provide a good customer service experience in all interactions
Position requires up to 8 hours daily of non-optional phone work.
