- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance with 2-5 years experience
- Experience in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Financial Planning tools (Preferably Adaptive Insights)
- Support Global Business Services Finance team to perform financial analysis, planning, and controlling activities.
- Drive financial reporting accuracy, assist in identifying any financial issues, and advise on potential solutions.
- Contribute to delivering process efficiency through utilization of technology and standardization.
- Support monthly processes such as journal entries, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Assist with ad-hoc requests in a timely manner
