Review completed reports for accuracy and adequacy. Respond to and initiate written (primarily) and telephone inquiries from insured's, agents, underwriters, auditors, and other departments. Skills - Strong attention to detail with financial analysis skills and mathematical ability. Strong communication skills, both written (primarily) and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with customers and fellow employees to achieve objectives. Ability to adapt well to change, handle multiple projects and establish priorities, strong computer skills.

Admitted Auto Rating 40%
Timely policy Issuance 50%
Timely policy change/endorsements 10%
Communicating with Underwriting partners
Ability to execute quickly and efficiently
Accountable for the overall service experience, delivering a differentiated experience.
