Work in Call Center taking incoming calls from Kaiser Members. Book Appointments, send messages out to clinic, using PC systems, following guidelines from each Medical Department. Must be able to multi-task, work in a high volume environment, utilizing superior customer service skills to prove service to members.Must perform above duties while meeting established standards of performance for quality and productivity. Top Daily Responsibilities: 1. Answering an average of 100+ calls per day 2. Scheduling of appointments 3. Creating and routing messages in the Epic EMR system Skills a Top Candidate Should Have: 1. Intermediate PC skills 2. Excellent Customer Service Skills 3. Excellent verbal and written communication 4. Strong problem solving skills 5. Works independently 6. Ability to work in a fast paced environment Desired Skills: 1. Prior Epic EMR experience preferred 2. Prior experience working in a call center environment 3. Bilingual preferred 4. Intermediate Microsoft skills (excel and outlook) Soft Skills: 1. Effective Communicator 2. Coachable 3. Team Player
