The Global Data & Analytics team has joint accountability with business operations to achieve Cignas customer-centric, business growth objectives and to strive for high levels of alignment to deliver critical business capabilities. The team provides analytical discipline and rigor to enable fact-based decisions for the business.
TheInsight & Data Analytics Product Owner is a key player in enabling the success of ESI Integrations on tool adoptions. They will provide direction and prioritize capabilities that strike a balance between user needs and goals, business objectives, efficiency improvement and technical capabilities to help drive a culture that listens to the voice of the customer. The Product Owner will translate the Rationalization and Automation roadmap epics into features and user stories to ensure incremental delivery of business value. The Product Owner will work with the stakeholders, partners, and delivery teams across the entire Global Data & Analytics portfolio to ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-target delivery.
Collaborating with a broad matrix of Product Owners, Product Managers, Delivery Leads, Scrum teams, business requestors, and subject matter experts (SMEs), the ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and prioritizing business capabilities based on information provided by stakeholders across the enterprise. They will demonstrate the ability to partner with matrixed stakeholders to set priorities that balance capacity and ROI. The Product Owner will be able to detail and document acceptance criteria for delivery teams to ensure delivery of capabilities that provide business value.
The Product Owner will be accountable for identifying opportunities within the service operations functions that will eliminate redundancy, improve efficiency using automation as needed, and enhance the internal and external customer experience. They will be measured based on improvements to unit cost, user satisfaction and utilization metrics.
