- Support Customer Forms and Certs records management by handling, sorting, electronically filing, and perform various SharePoint database tasks.
- Support SharePoint Database refinement by executing recommended changes to enhance site searching and structure.
- Support customer requested certifications by contacting the submitter to qualify the request to enable forms and certs leads to start vetting process.
- Prefill technical forms for submitting to subject matter experts throughout the organization.
- Monitor forms and certs mailbox for incoming customer requests and alert appropriate team members.
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally to various levels of management throughout the business.
Must have education and experience:
- Proficient at MS Office applications such as excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience managing customer requests or incoming customer call handling
- Proficient with SharePoint
