    • Support Customer Forms and Certs records management by handling, sorting, electronically filing, and perform various SharePoint database tasks.
  • Support SharePoint Database refinement by executing recommended changes to enhance site searching and structure.
  • Support customer requested certifications by contacting the submitter to qualify the request to enable forms and certs leads to start vetting process.
  • Prefill technical forms for submitting to subject matter experts throughout the organization.
  • Monitor forms and certs mailbox for incoming customer requests and alert appropriate team members.
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally to various levels of management throughout the business.

Must have education and experience:

  • Proficient at MS Office applications such as excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience managing customer requests or incoming customer call handling
  • Proficient with SharePoint
