- The operating systems we use are oracle and SharePoint and will going to SAP we would like to have someone with some experience in those areas. This an office job heavy computer and answering the phone an just about any other clerical work that needs to be done Proceeds with all day-to-day functional specific operations, and applies IT systems.
- Prepares specialized routined report and correspondence, and/or statistics. * Maintains records and filing systems; types and/or enters data into computer systems, including Office application or specialized software packages. * Completes routine reports, in order to support decision processes in the area assigned. * Performs the administration of programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the organization unit served.
In general: Thinking is associated with the analysis of situations and interpretation of procedures to resolve problems within established frameworks. Performs "trouble-shooting", when issues are different in nature and complexity, and needs some deeper understanding of underlying principles. Position at these level provide support to less experienced operations staff on a regular base, in administrative or technological environment, and both internally and externally to customers.
Education Requirements: High School diploma /GED
Required Skills: Willingness to work and be trained , with a good attitude, typing skills
