Manages the instrument shipment process for customer orders, Siemens sales demo inventory, Siemens internal shipments, evaluation orders and quality replacements based on physical inventory. Create and process SAP orders for ancillary items & installation supplies. Process Millipore orders for systems and service. Coordinate instrument delivery schedules with Field Service/Field Technical Organization and carriers. Manages the instrument returns process for customer orders and quality replacements. Confirms the necessary approvals have been obtained for equipment returns and moves. Create SAP return orders and initiate the de-installation process for equipment returns. Provide Logistics support to return equipment to assigned returns warehouse.

SAP experience preferred.
