Organizational skills required for sorting and packing files for the office move. Must be able to determine the importance of documents requiring archiving, recycling or shredding. Organize, box and mark files to be moved to new location.
This position requires someone who can handle, effectively, multiple choice situations in a number of assigned processes and routines. Thinking is about applying or even adapting the "right" procedure to a process or an issue arising. Deliver full range service in a defined and focused administrative area of work, while clear input / output relations and generic and /or work specific guidelines, procedures are given or available.
Candidate will be given instruction of process and must be able to work unsupervised for the duration of the project.
