Greet customers, answer incoming calls using switchboard, transfer calls to their respective departments, page employees and various clerical duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and direct customers by providing professional and friendly experience on the telephone or in person. Operate switchboard and direct calls efficiently Page employees Open mail and distribute to employees Provide clerical support to HR, Sales, and Finance as required Data entry and reporting using Avante
Perform any additional duties as required.
