Education- HS diploma or GED at minimum, ideal candidate would be a newly graduated college student looking for experience Experience: 0-4 years, pay will be dependent on experience (reception/front office experience)

Skills: Microsoft Word (basics), good communicator, presentable, welcoming, problem solving is key, self starter


Front Office Support Open the Office - take phone off night mode and unlock the front door Enter time into SAP - including work spent on projects Activate and deactivate employee PKI cards Order supplies and special order items, as requested Answer and direct all incoming phone calls Greet all guests and assist as necessary Keep kitchens clean and organized Make sure that no items run low for stocked kitchen items Maintain sufficient bottled water inventory for future meetings Assist the Administrative staff as needed Maintain toner inventory levels Call and report service problems to Ricoh Ship all UPS and USPS packages Receive all couriered packages - Fed Ex, UPS & USPS, and email recipient Retrieve the mail and deliver Maintain visitor record book Maintain current Fire Warden status Assist employees with setting up voice mail Assist with meeting set ups in conference rooms Clear conference rooms after meetings as needed Water plants in the office Prepare final deliverables to client, including printing electronic reports, compiling documents, and printing final deliverables Create Xcel Spreadsheets Create PDF documents from PPM software Keep office areas neat and safe Manage office keys and ensure key security measures are followed Assist all new employees with parking and after hours access Order name plates Keep the extension list updated Order meals for meetings as needed Scan and distribute all FAX documents Assist Project Controllers with invoice and OA distribution Erase and clean conference room white boards Maintain adequate paper surplus in print areas Close the office - put phone on night mode and lock the front door Contact CBRE as needed Contact Building Manager as needed Tidy up break rooms and conference rooms when possible
