The primary function of this temporary contracted position is as follows: 1) Updates site specific word documents to meet specific requirements stated in corporate Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) procedures and forms. 2) Rearranges and updates EHS procedures to a new template format. 3) Obsolete documents that are no longer valid. 4) Other updates to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents as requested. All of this work will take place in a documentation management software system called Documentum. The ideal candidate is someone that can work effectively and efficiently in Microsoft Office applications, self driven to complete tasks assigned and can work with others to collaborate on changes needed to the documentation.
