The Administrative Assistant Senior Associate provides senior level administrative support for the Cigna Talent Management Team.
Perform diversified and confidential administrative duties for the Talent Management Team, utilizing broad and comprehensive experience, skills and knowledge of organization policies and practices.
Resolve routine and complex phone and email inquiries on behalf of Talent Management Team.
Handle travel arrangements, expense management and seamless scheduling as needed. Using sound judgment to manage & own these functions, operating independently.
Schedule and organize meetings including Skype/webinars/WebEx and conference calls to be hosted by principal, (i.e., booking training rooms, posting materials to SharePoint, send pre-reads to participants) as required.
Support the Talent Management Team with department management process, such as meeting coordination, distribution of materials, meeting invitations.
Publish and maintain evolving organization chart.
Maintain and coordinate department distribution lists.
Perform PeopleSoft/Work Day reporting.
Engage with and develop a personal network across Cigna with other Admin. Assts., fully understanding their functional areas of support. Responsible for serving as the back-up for that Talent Management Facilities
Other Talent Management Strategy & Operations duties as assigned.
