This role will be supporting the Talent Acquisition Operations, Pre-Boarding Team. This team is the Pre-Boarding team and will be working in Taleo as well as other applications to ensure timely pre-boarding for our applicants.
Coordinates and schedules on-site appointments and/or required health screening with candidates. Processes background screens, notifies department leadership for review as required, and ensures all company, state and federal guidelines are followed.
Provides exceptional external and internal customer support in person, via email and phones with the highest level of customer service
Walks candidate through what to expect during the pre-boarding process and helps candidates successfully navigate and complete pre-boarding requirements within the required timeframe
