Role Summary

The Sales Support Administrative Assistant is responsible for helping the Mountain State team fulfill its local mission: To create value by generating holistic, human-centered health solutions for our local community. You will help our team fulfill its mission by providing administrative support to Under and Over 500 Sales teams, with the majority of duties being high level administrative tasks which may include: complex project work, in-depth reporting capabilities, ordering materials and collaterals, and various sales support functions. Responsibilities

Follow prescribed guidelines for filing company documents and handling proprietary information Consistently deliver high quality work within established time frames; willingly assist peers and management

Work collaboratively with peers, management, and project teams toward solutions, and quality improvements. Distribute correspondence, customer reporting data, and other communication tools to internal customers

Reporting and Enrollment Support

Respond to requests for copies of business related materials in a timely manner Assist in the production of CAP booklets Assist in the production of Enrollment Kits Partner with the Sales team to develop customer presentations, mass mailings, and other customer or producer related projects
