Administrative Assistant Associate

Requisition is needed for a short term project to assist with an office move; potential extensions based on prject needs.

Provides administrative support to principals by performing basic duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, telephone assistance, mail, supplies and calendars. May also schedule and confirm appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.

Performs administrative duties such as assisting in the preparation of monthly operating results, monitoring expenses, tracking information using a PC, special projects requiring research and judgment, developing and analyzing reports.

Typically supports mid to upper-level managers.
