Education Requirements: Business degree preferred, but not required with adequate experience.
Required Skills: Good communications skills, Able to use Microsoft Office Suite of Apps competently, (Nice to Have but not required) Some experience with Oracle, Collections software such as GetPaid.
Years of experience required: 1-2 if degreed, 3-5 if not degreed.
- Checks with respective customers for resolving account discrepancies, as a first point of contact. * Requests customer financial statements, references, credit agency reports, and review with team leader for potential changes in credit limits. * Produces statements of accounts and regular account reconciliation, in line with defined accounting guidelines. * Uses on-line systems tools for follow up and proactive collections. * Cooperates with responsible sales organization in order to clarify issues. * May cooperate with banks in defined subject matters. In Administration / Customer Services: Position operates major parts or full spectrum of dedicated specialized standard software packages. Incumbents may handle routine and non-complex practical enquiries and procedures from internal or external customers.In Technical Customer Services: Service group employee, serving internal and external customer with technical or administrative standardized services and processes, to complete or add the delivery according to service level agreed.
