Evelyn Duncan

Human Resources Manager

Evelyn Duncan joined Quality Staffing of America in January 2014 and is the Manager of Human Resources.  In this role, she manages and supports various functions and activities related to onboarding, payroll, and candidate care.

Her areas of focus include auditing, on-boarding & off-boarding employees, and employee relations. Essentially serving as the main point of contact to all employees, Evelyn ensures that everyone is satisfied and happy with their assignment.  Prior to joining Quality Staffing of America, Evelyn worked for MAGIC WorkForce Solutions as the Client Program Supervisor.

Evelyn was born in West Africa, Ghana and has been in the United States for over 18 years. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University in Managerial Sciences and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Strayer University. Evelyn maintains her TSC, and CSP certifications.
