Elizabeth Correll Richards

Chairman

Elizabeth co-founded Quality Staffing of America in 2013. She is the majority-owner of the company, and has primary responsibility for strategy and business development.

Elizabeth’s early career started as a consultant in the Performance Improvement practice of Ernst & Young Management Consulting, based in Atlanta, she served many Southeast-based Fortune 500 companies. She continued to learn and gain leadership positions with some of Atlanta’s premier nonprofits, including Sheltering Arms, Camp Twin Lakes, Trinity School, and Pace Academy. She has helped numerous leadership positions including Board Chair, Board President, Board Vice President, Executive Committee Chair, Diversity Chair, Advancement Chair, Capital Campaign Chair, Facilities Chair, and others.

Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University, and was a grant recipient to attend a Harvard Business School’s executive education course, “Governing for Nonprofit Excellence”. She serves on the boards of Camp Twin Lakes, Pace Academy, and the University of Georgia Board of Visitors.
